With more than twenty five years of experience in real estate leadership, brokerage operations, and agent development, I am proud to serve as the Broker Owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Star Homes alongside my husband, Jim Starwalt. I earned my real estate license in 1998 and spent many successful years working directly with buyers and sellers. Today my focus is on leading our company, supporting our team of dedicated agents, and ensuring that every client who works with our brokerage receives exceptional service and guidance.

In my leadership role, I oversee agent training, coaching, operations, marketing strategy, and client service standards across our offices in Grayslake and McHenry. Our agents receive hands on support, advanced tools, and ongoing skill development so they can provide the highest level of professionalism to the clients they serve. I believe strongly in education and continuous improvement and I take great pride in creating a culture where our team can grow, collaborate, and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I love spending time on the Chain O Lakes, visiting local businesses, exploring new coffee spots, and enjoying time with my family and our pets. Community matters deeply to me and I consider it a privilege to serve the areas where I live and work.
